Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, specifically around the Credit Journey (from credit application to approval and disbursement).Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Corporate Banking credit processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and solutions for the Credit Journey.Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and communicated to development teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track progress against business goals.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure successful delivery of solutions.Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of solutions within the Corporate Banking space.Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking, with direct exposure to the Credit Journey process.Strong understanding of credit workflows, from application to approval and disbursement.Ability to gather and document detailed business requirements, including functional specifications.Familiarity with banking systems, credit risk assessment, and loan management processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to business challenges.Experience using Azure boards for requirements management and project tracking.
