Job Description

The job purpose of a marketing Coordinator is to support and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies. This includes tasks such as coordinating channels, organising events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent marketing efforts.
Organisational Role:

  • Adhering to the policies and procedures set by the organisation, this includes guidelines related to areas such as attendance, timekeeping, data privacy, information security, and any other relevant policies.
  • Upholding the organisation's code of conduct and work ethics involves demonstrating professionalism, integrity, respect, and accountability in interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring proactive communication and collaboration with colleagues, departments, and teams to ensure seamless alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Aligning individual tasks and projects with the organisational strategy, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes or outcomes, and participating in team initiatives or organisational projects.
Job Role:
  • Plan marketing campaigns to ensure they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and assist in creating marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Organise and coordinate events, including logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain and constantly update the database and segregate current and potential clients
  • Assist the rest of the team whenever time and workload allow.
  • Any other task as allocated by the Line Manager.
Education/Qualification
  • A diploma degree in business administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience (experience required for the job)
