Job Description

Job Title: Head of corporate communications office Specific Responsibilities Develop strategies, plans and initiatives for the development and management of institutional communication at the Abu Dhabi Language Center with the aim of enabling the Abu Dhabi Language Center to achieve its mission, priorities and strategic objectives. Manage content editing in various means of communication in Arabic and English, ensure the accuracy of content in all means of communication, and monitor its quality and consistency to ensure the development of content in line with best practices. Monitor and oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of communication content in engaging and engaging the general public and review the results of content evaluations and other analyzes with a view to providing recommendation and suggestions on improvement plans. Directing the team and recommending the preparation of a calendar for institutional communication and monitoring the editing and development of all content according to the specified timelines. Communication and Public Relations Provide strategic direction to the center's senior management with regard to public relations and communication affairs, and ensure that all plans and initiatives enable the center to achieve the desired goals and results. Monitor and direct the team to proactively identify, secure and organize media opportunities to support Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center in expanding its media coverage at the local, regional and global levels. Managing and supervising the proactive planning and implementation of crisis management and the reputation of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center to ensure that the reputation of the center is continuously protected. Oversee media monitoring efforts to identify opportunities and risks related to the identity and reputation of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center. Managing public relations organizations, including ensuring that the scope of work is developed and clarified, monitoring of the implementation of daily operational tasks, and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with specific requirements and needs. Internal Communications Monitoring and managing the identification and development of appropriate internal communication means with the aim of facilitating and enhancing communication between Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center employees in a manner that serves the achievement of the goals of the Institutional Communication Office and the goals of the Center. Monitor and manage the design of messages and internal communications such as newsletters, e-mails, circulars and other content with the aim of keeping employees informed of the Center's initiatives and projects on a regular basis. Monitor and direct the team to develop and implement plans and internal communications to familiarize the center teams with the initiatives and projects of partners and external stakeholders to keep them informed and to encourage their participation. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of corporate communication management or in the field of communication and public relations or its equivalent.
