You will sit in the Corporate Affairs team, under the Special Projects function, which includes Doing Good and CA Design. As a Project Associate, you will work closely with the Corporate Affairs Associate Director on planning and implementing our Doing Good strategy across all 10 of our markets. Your day to day will consist of charity/NGO relationship management and working on fundraising campaigns through our platform for various causes. This means working with and guiding a group of engineers, data analysts, product managers, marketing professionals and more, to bring 360 degree campaigns to life. You will also compile reports on our monthly fundraising impact, and assist in conducting UX research with customers - applying those insights to upcoming campaigns, product features and longer term programes. You will have the chance to help build an ambitious strategy to change the trajectory of people\xe2\x80\x99s lives in the region, and that includes working with the Captain team to ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re providing the highest standard of dignity and care to one of our most important stakeholder groups as a company.

What you\'ll do

• Donations reporting monthly both for our individual NGO partners and for our websites and social platforms
• Help develop and write an ambitious, long term strategy for driving progress in our communities, including our sustainability programme before, during and after COP28
• Manage charity partnerships, alongside the Associate Director. This means planning in-app and social campaigns with them, and ensuring our brand is represented strongly as one of their partners
• Co-manage the Tech roadmap that supports the donations product, providing research-based insights on how to enhance the customer donations journey
• Help onboard new NGO partners through our compliance and legal processes, and ensure timely payouts
• Support on other Special Projects, including research and writing for government programme proposals

What you\'ll need

• Donations reporting monthly both for our individual NGO partners and for our websites and social platforms

• 0-2 years of full time professional work experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both speaking and writing is mandatory
• Experience working on projects focused on driving social impact and equity, typically evidenced by a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to global or local impact issues
• Experience with stakeholder and/or client management with diverse groups of stakeholders (this would be at a junior level, so there\xe2\x80\x99s no expectation that you have been the main person of contact)
• Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
• Ability to work with a cross functional team in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
