As a
Core Colleague (Fulfillment Associate)
you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth warehouse and fulfillment operations. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing products to meet customer orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about operational excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and organize items in the warehouse according to order requirements. Ensure accuracy and quality while preparing customer orders. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse. Assist in unloading, stacking, and replenishing inventory. Report any damaged or missing products to the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets. Adhere to company safety standards and procedures at all times. Be flexible to work in different fulfillment or store locations as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.Diploma or equivalent qualification
required. Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and stacking items. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic Hindi preferred. Must own asmartphone with internet access
. Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
