As a Copywriter, your job will be to craft, create and apply communication, content, and verbal identity across our digital platforms and marketing channels.
You will collaborate on defining target audiences and developing ownable storytelling that will drive business impact and shape how consumers connect to our brand(s) and projects.
You will also work closely with design, digital, and marketing on content outlines, web/UX copy, and editorial strategy while building cohesive copy playbooks.
Whether it\'s for our new project launches or for the brand itself, you will be our go-to wordsmith across all things written and will champion how language is critical to brand success.
What you\'ll do: - Create concepts for digital campaigns; from idea to execution
- Treat your concept through different digital platforms; site, blogs and social media
- Write scripts, supers and songs
- Adapt branding campaigns to suit the digital realm
Whom we are looking for:
7+ years of experience working within a creative / design environment either within an agency, as a freelancer, or at an early-staged consumer start-up with an up-to-date portfolio to showcase
Understanding of best practices when it comes to copywriting and messaging
Ability to work with non-copywriters and provide instruction on how to navigate design tools
Ability to create concepts and create visual assets with limited direction
Wide understanding of social media trends and lingo
Strong communication skills with a growth and learning mindset
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make thoughtful decisions while building culturally-nuanced solutions
Attention to detail, great sense of design, and commitment to beautiful content and user experiences
Experience with or ability to adapt to our internal technology tools: Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, Airtable, Greenhouse, etc
Ability to work autonomously and someone who thrives in a "builder" environment
Preferably knows Arabs and the Arab culture
Good to Have (but not a must):
Interest in strategy, SEO, or UI/UX concentrations
A degree in marketing, applied arts, business, linguistics, or communications.
