As a company, we provide Brokers with all the necessary tools and trainings to make their work easier, so we expect the successful candidate to be responsible for managing the entire real estate purchasing and selling process for our clients.Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as a real estate agent is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of Dubai areas and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analyze market trends and provide guidance to clients on the best real estate investments.
- Provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
- Negotiate purchase and sale contracts for clients.
- Manage the entire real estate transaction process, from initial offer to closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on changing real estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
