We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Facade Cleaning (HQ) to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in Dubai.
Scope: To plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to facade cleaning operations to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing cost and introducing innovative methods and technologies.
Financial

  • Monitor and control operational costs associated with facade cleaning activities
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to allocated budget
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through resource optimization, efficient scheduling, and vendor negotiations
  • Support procurement in evaluating and selecting vendors/subcontractors for facade cleaning services
  • Track consumables, equipment usage, and manpower to prevent wastage and over-expenditure
Customer
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding facade cleaning services and schedules
  • Ensure services are delivered as per client expectations and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to gather feedback and address concerns proactively
  • Support in preparing client reports and documentation for audits or reviews
Process
  • Develop and maintain facade cleaning schedules based on building type, accessibility, and safety considerations
  • Supervise execution of facade cleaning works, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Coordinate with rope access teams, cradle system operators, and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and HSE requirements (e.g., work-at-height, PPE use, permit systems)
  • Maintain accurate records of works completed, incident reports, equipment logs, and safety audits
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensures technicians are trained in safe work procedures and emergency protocols
Innovation
  • Identify and implement new technologies or equipment (e.g., water-fed poles, drones, robotic cleaners) to improve efficiency and safety
  • Suggest enhancements to current methods that reduce manual effort or improve turnaround time
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend best practices for facade cleaning in high-rise environments
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., using CAFM/mobile apps to track and schedule cleaning activities)
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and pilot trials
Selection Criteria
  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management etc.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the facade cleaning or building maintenance industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to lead change and drive process improvements.
  • IRATA certification is an added advantage
