Coordinator

Key Responsibilities



Handle manpower coordination and team scheduling. Prepare and manage project-related drawings and documentation. Conduct and participate in team meetings, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and other computer tools. Support the department with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Qualifications



Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of drawing and documentation handling. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent coordination and multitasking ability. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower efficiently. Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
