MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

Supports the Flight Ops Technical team with post flight data quality control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supports Manager Operational Efficiency & Analytics with system data gap analysis and follows up with internal stakeholders for correction.

• Acts upon automated reports using Business Intelligence software.
• Summarises data discrepancies on weekly basis, and report to Flight Ops Technical management.
• Maintains a high level of content accuracy in operational documentation, taking direction from various departmental SMEs.
• Maintains directory of departmental invoices from external vendors.
• Ensures acknowledgment of Operational Notices by users throughout various business units.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Education / Experience Specific Requirements

• Understanding of basic aeronautical terms is an advantage
• Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree)- 2

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

• Requires Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
