Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator & Inventory Controller to manage materials, job tracking, and workshop coordination for our furniture and interior design operations. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day to day operations between the office, warehouse, workshop, and site teams.
Coordinate Jobs & Production
Open and maintain job cards for all projects Ensure the workshop teams are working on the correct approved jobs Follow up with carpenters, upholsterers, and polishers on daily progress Track deadline and report delays or issues to management,
Control Inventory & Purchasing
Track all incoming and outgoing materials in Excel Check stock availability before raising any purchase request Prevent over-ordering and unnecessary purchases Ensure management approval is received for all purchases Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Receiving & Quality Control
Check all deliveries against purchase orders and invoices Verify quantity, condition, and finish of materials Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately Store accepted items in assigned locations and label clearly
Warehouse & Storage
Keep materials organized by category and project Handle fragile items with care Maintain a clean and organized area
Dispatch to site
Send only the materials approved on job card Be able to prepare delivery notes and ensure proper sign off Label all items clearly for each project
Who We're Looking For
Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience in Microsoft and Zoho Experience in furniture, interiors or inventory control is a plus Able to manage the warehouse, multiple tasks, workers and suppliers Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
