Job Description
Site Management & Supervision
: Oversee daily on-site operations, manage and motivate site staff and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
: Proven experience in a site supervision or construction coordination role, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.Safety & Compliance
Quality Control
: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards and technical specifications. Identify defects or deviations and implement corrective measures promptly.Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
: Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges effectively and quickly to avoid downtime.PREFER EGYPTIANS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
