Key Responsibilities
Support PRO functions related to applications, approvals, and renewals
Track application status and maintain accurate records
Prepare, organize, and submit documentation in a timely manner
Coordinate with government offices, vendors, and internal departments
Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking stakeholders
Assist with follow-ups, compliance tracking, and reporting
Maintain confidentiality and ensure document accuracy
Qualifications
Preferably female candidate
Freshers with good system and excel skills are welcome
Experience in coordination, PRO support, administration, or documentation tracking
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office or similar systems
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting PRO or government-related processes
Background in healthcare, corporate services, or compliance roles
