Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests from check-in to check-out

Brief guests about the property and the facilities provided.
-Coordinate with building reception staff for smooth and quick guest check-ins and check-outs.

Manage inventory checks during guest arrivals and departures.
-Schedule and coordinate housekeeping for room readiness and turnover.

Regularly inspect units and keep the operations coordinator updated.
-Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work with the relevant teams.
-Handle inspections, inventory checks, and ensure connections for internet and gas in new units.
-Manage property keys, petty cash, and handle minor purchases.
-Collect rent, security deposits, and other necessary payments from guests.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience in Holiday Homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good organizational and time management abilities.
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
-Must be presentable and customer-service oriented.
-Preferred Male Candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
