valid driving license
, as occasional travel, fieldwork, and transportation of materials may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational tasks, schedules, and activities to support team and project needs.
Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising events, meetings, or field activities.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records.
Conduct site visits, run errands, or transport materials/equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and project timelines.
Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements.
Provide administrative and logistical support to management.
Requirements:
Valid driving license (mandatory).
Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
Flexibility to travel locally as part of the job.
