JOB TITLE: Coordinator Cost Control

Scope of Responsibilities

Assist in performing a variety of cost engineering functions encompassing cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, estimating and cost reporting under supervision.

Primary Duties

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of monthly internal and client cost reports.

\xc2\xb7 Work with Sr. Engineer - Cost Control to ensure that systems are implemented to meet project need and

\xc2\xb7 reporting requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in compilation of the functional budgets, implementation and maintenance of the cost control

\xc2\xb7 System and cost reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Interface with cost control teams for project follow-up and reporting. Assist in raising invoices & updating

\xc2\xb7 systems.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of proposal cash flow.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain current cost control database.

\xc2\xb7 Support Cost Control Manager on ad-hoc assignments.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out other related duties as advised by the supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of Monthly invoices to client.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible in maintaining Petrofac HSSE Policies, Life Saving Rules & Standards and perform assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Minimum 5 years cost control experience in Oil and Gas industry.
