Position Title: Coordinator - Central Crane Maintenance

Department & Section: MMW

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities (attributes) required

Pervious knowledge & and experience on cranes Mechanical service, PM & CM, crane components and all related works may be done by the contractor.

Experience on general mechanical spares and crane components & different alternative solutions. .

Ability to keep spare parts records and prepare reports as required.

Records of all related certificate like crane load test, loose lifting gear & MPI.

Fluency in spoken and written English language.

Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) any preferred professional training (Nice to have)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university
Technical knowledge of predictive & preventive maintenance.

Understanding of engineering drawings

Ability to keep maintenance records and prepare activity reports as required.

Professional Experience (Must haves)

Cranes Mechanical Maintenance Training

2-3 Years in the practical implementation of Mechanical maintenance job as senior Technician in Steel Plant.

10-15 years\' experience in mechanical

maintenance in supervisory or equivalent category.

Key Performance Indicators

\'Manage personnel\' Health, Safety and Environment for Zero accidents to be incurred.

\'Oversee cost minimization\' for least mechanical repairs, maintenance and downtime.

Administer \'availability of plant through scheduling and preparing mill and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.

\'Implement corrective action\' for prompt clarification, resolutions and results of problems.

Ensure \'alteration of examined equipment\' for smooth transition and production.
