Job Description

:

We are seeking a Coordinator Bidding & Tender Platforms (FM & Construction Sectors) with expertise in the Facilities Management (FM) and Construction industries, to lead and support the company's engagement with digital platforms such as Mollak, ProTenders, MEED, TAMM, Trakhees, and Dubai Municipality portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing tender opportunities, preparing application requirements, developing presentation material, and ensuring timely and competitive submissions for both government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and monitor FM and construction-related tenders on platforms such as Mollak, MEED, ProTenders, TAMM, and Dubai REST.

Collect, analyze, and interpret bid-related data to support management decision-making.

Register and manage company profiles on relevant bidding portals.

Prepare detailed presentations, pre-qualification documents (PQDs), and proposal packs tailored to each bid/tender requirement.

Collaborate with the business development, procurement, and operations teams to compile bid documentation.

Ensure compliance with OA regulations and government tender requirements.

Track deadlines and manage submission schedules for multiple tenders.

Maintain an up-to-date database of bids, awarded contracts, and portal analytics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Bidding Coordinator in FM and/or Construction sectors.

Strong knowledge of platforms like Mollak, MEED Projects, ProTenders, TAMM, Trakhees, Ejari, Dubai REST, and government e-procurement portals.

Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with UAE real estate and regulatory environments is a plus.
