Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Production Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day operations within the creative production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creative work.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for creative production projects
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or creative partners
• Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with the preparation of production schedules, budgets, and reports
• Maintain organized records of assets, documentation, and communications
• Support the creative team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar coordination or production support role
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
• Understanding of creative processes in media, design, or advertising environments is a plus
• Any relevant certification in project management, media production, or related fields would be an advantage
