Job Description

We are hiring a

Coordinator with proven experience in the Real Estate sector

to support our operations and client management activities. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with a background in real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate between clients, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth property transactions Manage property listings, documentation, agreements, and follow-ups Schedule and organize site visits, client meetings, and events Maintain and update client databases and property records Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams Prepare reports and presentations related to real estate activities Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a coordination role within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, processes, and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle client interactions professionally
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
