Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and personalized floral arrangements

Order & Delivery Coordination:

Oversee order processing, ensure timely fulfillment, and manage delivery schedules

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Communicate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and flower quality

Reporting to Manager:

Provide updates on customer feedback, order status, inventory needs, and operational challenges.

Quality Control:

Ensure flowers, arrangements, and packaging meet shop standards.

Problem-Solving:

Address customer concerns, resolve service-related issues, and suggest improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
