Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized

Coordinating Engineer

to oversee and align multidisciplinary engineering activities on our construction projects. The Coordinating Engineer acts as a key liaison between various engineering disciplines--civil, structural, electrical, mechanical--and ensures that all design and technical components are integrated and executed according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interdisciplinary Coordination:

Facilitate communication and collaboration between all engineering disciplines. Review engineering designs and drawings to ensure consistency and integration across departments.

Technical Review & Oversight:

Validate technical documents and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Monitor the resolution of design conflicts and technical queries between teams.

Project Support:

Coordinate with project managers to align engineering deliverables with construction schedules and milestones. Support procurement and construction teams by clarifying technical requirements and interfacing with vendors or consultants as needed.

Quality and Compliance:

Conduct regular reviews of engineering outputs for accuracy and completeness. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and engineering best practices.

Communication & Reporting:

Organize coordination meetings with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Document meeting outcomes, action points, and maintain proper logs of changes and technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil

Mechanical

Electrical

, or related engineering field. years of experience in engineering coordination within construction projects. Solid knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and multidisciplinary design processes. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM tools. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple interfaces and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

Working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial/residential construction projects. Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
