Main Duties:
Prepare dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, and chutneys
Specialize in making a variety of dosas such as:
Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Rava Dosa, Set Dosa
Onion Dosa, Paper Dosa, Paneer Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Mysore Dosa
Ensure quality, taste, and consistency in all food items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle kitchen supplies and avoid wastage
Cooperate with other kitchen staff and follow safety rules
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking
Must be punctual, hardworking, and hygienic
