We are urgently hiring for all kitchen positions at our growing cafes.
1. Kitchen Manager
Role:
Full responsibility for the kitchen.
You:
Proven leader with 2-3 years of experience. You manage inventory, control costs, lead the team, and ensure quality and safety standards.
Manages the entire kitchen operation.
2. Kitchen In-Charge (Supervisor)
Role:
Shift leader and hands-on expert.
You:
Experienced cook with 1+ year in a supervisory role. You run shifts, train new staff, maintain quality, and support the Kitchen Manager.
Leads the team during shifts.
3. Cook (Kitchen Team Member)
Role:
Core part of the kitchen team.
You:
Skilled and reliable cook. You prepare and cook food according to recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work well in a team.
Prepares and cooks all menu items.
General Requirements for All Roles:
Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant.
Available to join immediately.
Knowledge of food safety standards is a must.
Can work in Sharjah, RAK, or Dubai.
