Job Description
JJ Restaurant is happily stepping forward to another Emirate with our brand expansion project and introducing the first outlet in Sharjah. This will be a dark kitchen with deliveries and we are inviting you to be part of JJ Family.
- Ability to read and understand KOT
- Ability of using cutting tools, cookware, and charcoal griller
- Able to perform various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
- Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized.
- Ensuring that your workstation always remains clean and orderly.
- Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
- Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
- Previous experience in Arabic Cuisine
- Previous experience in Grilling and Fast-Food Restaurant
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
- Able to Reallocate in Sharjah
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Fast food: 1 year (Required)
