Prepare all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to the kitchen's recipes and standards.
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
Arrange and decorate dishes with taste and refinement.
Organize and coordinate the preparations and ensure that the recipes are respected.
Control the stock of your sections and transmit your orders to your superior.
Participate in the tidying and cleaning of the premises in strict compliance with current health and safety standards and ensure that the premises are clean.

With a degree in Culinary Arts, you have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an establishment of the same category
You have a perfect knowledge of HACCP norms and hygiene standards.
Excellent English Communication skills

Full ability to work an array of days and shift times
