We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team and craft high-quality, authentic pizzas. The ideal candidate has experience with Neapolitan-style dough, wood-fired or stone ovens, and understands the importance of consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a busy kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, stretch, and hand-shape pizza dough to Neapolitan standards.
Cook pizzas in a high-temperature oven while maintaining quality and timing.
Manage daily prep, including sauces, toppings, and ingredients.
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness at all times.
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to kitchen management.
Collaborate with the team to maintain fast service during peak hours.
Assist in developing new pizza recipes or seasonal specials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pizza-making techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
Experience with Neapolitan or artisan-style pizza.
Knowledge of Italian ingredients and culinary practices.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
