Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Cook

who is fluent in

Uzbek

and

Turkmen

languages to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing traditional dishes from

Uzbek

and

Turkmen

cuisines, with an emphasis on quality, authenticity, and presentation. The role involves ensuring the timely preparation of meals, maintaining high kitchen standards, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of

Uzbek

and

Turkmen

dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all meals are prepared in a clean, efficient, and timely manner Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety at all times Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes Assist with the ordering and inventory of kitchen supplies Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures Assist in creating new menu items and improve existing recipes Provide support to other kitchen staff when needed Ensure the kitchen is well-organized and equipment is properly maintained

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role, preferably in an Uzbek or Turkmen restaurant or catering environment Fluency in

Uzbek

and

Turkmen

languages is required (verbal and written) Knowledge of traditional

Uzbek

and

Turkmen

cuisine and cooking methods Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings
