We are seeking a talented cook with expertise more in Filipino cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes with consistency and quality.
Assist in menu creation and daily specials.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with our standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen space.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring kitchen efficiency.
Contribute to maintaining food costs and reducing waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as cook or in a similar culinary role, with a focus on Filipino cuisine.
Knowledge of Filipino ingredients, cooking methods, and traditional dishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A passion for Filipino food and culinary traditions.
Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
