Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Ensuring food presentation meets restaurant guidelines
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation
Monitoring food stock and assisting with inventory control
Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service hours
Requirements
Previous experience as a cook (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills
Basic English communication skills
