Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipe specifications
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook or relevant role
Familiarity with industry best practices, including food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
