Prepare, season, and cook meals in line with the company's menu and quality standards.
Ensure all food items are prepared hygienically and comply with UAE food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock rotation and storage.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines consistently.
Ensure timely preparation of meals to meet service schedules.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Adhere to company policies, health & safety rules, and hygiene requirements at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Cook or similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
