Job Description
- Minimum of 3 Years Experience in the Same position with UAE or Outside UAE.
- Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
- Keeps all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
- Ensures food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
- Good Knowledge of Asian Foods like Biryani, Curry's etc
- Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes.
- Responsibility for the section, carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
- Proper Hygiene and Good Team Member.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
