Job description:
Our company is looking for a Kitchen Staff who will be responsible for food preparation and general kitchen sanitation.
Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment including knife handling. Responsible in maintaining a clean cooking and working area. Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes.
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol.
Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered.
Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock. Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in a restaurant and fast food chains.
With experience in cooking burgers and sandwiches.
Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Experienced in Making Pizza,Pasta,Burger,chicken fries and fast food as well.
Can join immediately.
