(hummus, falafel, shawarma, grilled vegetables)

(stir fry, noodles, rice dishes, basic sushi or Thai curries)
American
(steaks, burgers, breakfast dishes, sides)
Ensure food is prepared in compliance with recipes, presentation standards, and portion sizes
Collaborate with the Head Chef or Executive Chef in menu planning and innovation
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience in Indian and International cooking
Solid understanding of spice blends, cooking techniques, and global flavor profiles
Experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in hotels, fine-dining, or international restaurants
