Job Description

We are looking for a talented and versatile

Cook

with expertise in

Indian cuisine

and a solid understanding of

International cuisines

such as Continental, Mediterranean, Asian, and American. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, possess excellent cooking techniques, and be capable of preparing a diverse range of dishes while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.Preference will be given to

Indian nationals

with Qatar or multicultural kitchen experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare authentic and flavorful

Indian dishes

(North & South Indian, tandoori, curries, snacks, etc.) Prepare popular

International dishes

including:

Continental

(pastas, grilled meats, sauces, soups)

Mediterranean

(hummus, falafel, shawarma, grilled vegetables)

Asian

(stir fry, noodles, rice dishes, basic sushi or Thai curries)

American

(steaks, burgers, breakfast dishes, sides) Ensure food is prepared in compliance with recipes, presentation standards, and portion sizes Collaborate with the Head Chef or Executive Chef in menu planning and innovation

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years

of hands-on experience in Indian and International cooking Solid understanding of spice blends, cooking techniques, and global flavor profiles Experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in hotels, fine-dining, or international restaurants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
