We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Chef/Cook

with a strong background in

Arabic and/or Iranian cuisine

. The ideal candidate will bring authentic culinary skills, creativity, and a commitment to high-quality food preparation to our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Arabic and/or Iranian dishes. Develop and update menus that reflect authentic regional flavors. Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service.

Requirements



Proven experience as a cook or chef specializing in Arabic and/or Iranian cuisine. Deep knowledge of regional ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques. Ability to prepare traditional dishes such as kabsa, kofta, ghormeh sabzi, kebabs, tahdig, hummus, and more. Understanding of food safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
