Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Support in developing new dishes and seasonal menu items.
Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in cafes, restaurants, or F&B outlets.
Knowledge of breakfast and tea cafe menus is an advantage.
Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
