Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible and hardworking Cook to support daily operations in our Alot Kitchen located in Qusais. The ideal candidate should have experience in South Indian cuisine and be willing to assist in all kitchen-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Chutneys, Rice items, and other menu items.
Support with cutting, chopping, grinding, mixing, and general preparation work.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Assist in handling ingredients, stock, and kitchen equipment properly.
Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
Wash utensils, clean work areas, and organize the kitchen as required.
Follow instructions given by the Head Chef and kitchen supervisor.
Maintain discipline and follow all kitchen safety standards.
Be flexible to work in any area of the kitchen.
Requirements
Experience in South Indian cooking or working in a South Indian kitchen.
Good understanding of basic kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Flexible, reliable, and hardworking.
Immediate joiners preferred.
