- Drafting official documents, of the sale or lease
- Checking contracts on behalf of clients
- Monitor Sales progress
- Liaising with solicitors, lawyers and real estate agents
- Keeping official records of payments and contracts.
- Working with Developers and building relationship
- Partnering with Trustee offices and ensuring good relationship and priority
- Working with Dubai Land Department
- Dealing with transfers and highlighting and solving any challenges
- Weekly MIS report to management on all deals
- Dealing with the transfer of mortgage deeds
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management role, ideally within the Brokerage and Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
