About the Role McCone Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Manager to oversee and manage the conveyancing process within the organization. As a Conveyancing Manager at McCone Properties, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of conveyancing professionals to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of property transactions. Your role involves overseeing the entire conveyancing process, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient management of the conveyancing process by managing and training the conveyance team.
Ensure that the team is compliant with all the legal and regulatory procedures at all times.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Oversee the end-to-end conveyancing process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documents and adherence to company standards.
Conduct regular reviews of the team\xe2\x80\x99s work to identify and address any errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of the UAE real estate market is essential.
Proven experience in conveyancing.
Ability to think strategically, take initiative, identify solutions and efficiently manage conflicts.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and lead and motivate the team.
