Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate seamless property transactions, acting as a liaison among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and authorities.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in negotiating sale terms, drafting contracts, and advising clients on risks and obligations.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on UAE property laws, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years of proven Real Estate sales experience.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of closed sales.

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English.

\xc2\xb7 Social Media Guru.

\xc2\xb7 Valid UAE Driving License.
