Job Description

- Conventional Machinist

Operates conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. Reads and interprets technical drawings and specifications. Measures, cuts, shapes, and finishes metal parts to required tolerances. Performs machine setup, tool selection, and basic adjustments. Conducts routine maintenance and ensures machines operate safely and efficiently. Inspects finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Maintains accuracy, quality, and safety standards in daily operations.
