Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, including income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. Manage the preparation of monthly business unit and consolidated financial statements Create and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly reports to support business needs. Prepare detailed internal financial reports, including researching and explaining significant variances by working closely with various departments and management. Provide assistance to the Finance Controller on key accounting tasks/deliverables. Provide ad hoc financial reports, tables, exhibits as requested. Deliver recurring reports accurately and on-time. Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information. Interpret and analyze financial information posted to general ledger accounts. Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. Research balance sheet items and income/expense fluctuations utilizing various systems and information sources. Play a key role in updating and developing a new financial reporting framework within our new General Ledger. Interface with other functional areas to ensure reporting integrity and accuracy for General Ledger. Partner with Manager and Business unit senior management for analysis, planning and reporting needs. Report all findings to management with recommendations for improvement, and upon their approval, implement strategies to induce such change. Assist with the quarterly and annual reporting disclosure filings. Document business transactions. Assisting the Manager in preparing the Budget and Strategy exercise.

Taxation & Compliance: Review, dealing with consultant and filling of quarterly VAT return of UAE entities. Refund - Preparing full file and submit to authority and follow-up for refund approval, and resolving the authority query. Guiding to all departments on their tax related issues and managing the proper required documents for custom & VAT compliance purpose Prepare the data for ESR compliance purpose and closely working with consultant for proper filling of ESR Review the draft audit report in line with Manager, and conclude the audit with team & auditors. Corporate Tax review and impact on companies, identifying the risk or impact on transaction on company Leading the audit and point of connection for all issues, sharing the trail balance, FA, VAT, Provision, Prepaid register, other requirement, Lasing with the auditor to complete the audit report within deadline and arranging all items with team, shared the data ASAP Identify risks and inefficiencies with respect to reporting and tax function and develop and execute strategies to mitigate those risks and inefficiencies. Support strategic finance initiatives such has automation etc., Ad hoc reports required by Manager on time-to-time basis
