Position: Controller/Security Guard Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access points to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and access control.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct security checks on vehicles and personnel entering and leaving the premises.
- Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in security or a related field.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with security equipment and systems.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
