CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT AGRICULTURE ENGINEER

YOUR TASKS & REQUIREMENTS

Controlled Environment Agriculture combines sustainable farming practices with profitability. In the controlled environment crops thrive with robust health and accelerated growth rates, reducing the use of pesticides while optimizing water consumption. The result is a significant competitive advantage, as CEA-derived products are significantly larger and of higher quality than conventionally grown crops.

WURTH PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is launching a new department for CEA in the Middle East. The Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Engineer is responsible for supporting all facets of building up the systems and components for CEA operations and crop production. Experience in procuring necessary supplies, plant propagation, fertilizing, in the construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of CEA infrastructure and production areas, with the goal of optimizing productivity, system efficiency, and long-term sustainability is a significant

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS:

Completed bachelor's degree in the field. MOST IMPORTANTLY You have an anything is possible attitude. You are a chameleon with absolute discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Experience in SAP is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, advance knowledge of MS excel. Business, finance, controlling and accounting education (bachelor or master). Previous experience in similar position is an advantage. Entrepreneurial skills- being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organization. Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking". Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory. Ability to work under pressure.
