Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all procurement and contracting activities.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure adherence to legal and policy requirements in all procurement activities.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Prepare, review, and manage contractual documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of
15 years of experience
in contracts and procurement.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
