Exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an internationally recognised Project Management Consultancy in Kuwait on the construction of a large:scale Commercial project. Must be fluent in Arabic. Responsibilities: : The Employee will be allocated in the Project Core Team and will be responsible for all contract:related matters on this project : These include contract administration and/or management with all involved parties, i.e., contractors, consultants, etc. : Making sure PMC services as well as services of appointed parties are all performed as per the contractual obligations. : Deal with any potential claims, contractual disputes and commercial:oriented matters : Contracts Manager will report to the Project Director and will liaise closely with relevant Core Team members. : In addition, the Contracts Manager will interact closely with his counterpart on the Clients side and other project stakeholders to protect the interests of the Client Qualifications: : BSc in Civils or similar : Fluent is Arabic (spoken and written) : Minimum 15 years experience : Strong client facing abilities Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
