Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration throughout project life cycles.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with
UAE laws
and client requirements.
Mitigate contractual risks by providing proactive advice to senior management and project teams.
Manage claims, variations, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Liaise with legal teams, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
Monitor and enforce contractual obligations of subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and implement efficient processes for contract management and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Law, or Business Administration
(Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum
10-12 years of experience
, with at least
5 years in the UAE construction industry
.
Proven experience in
infrastructure projects
(roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
Strong knowledge of
FIDIC
and UAE contractual laws.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
