Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Monthly Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 (Negotiable based on candidate's profile and experience).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with an in-depth understanding of local contract law and FIDIC conditions of contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts, including main contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements. Provide strategic advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage all formal correspondence and claims in strict compliance with contract terms. Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including variations, extensions of time, and final accounts. Lead the resolution of any contractual disputes or claims in a timely and effective manner. Ensure all contractual and commercial practices adhere to company policies and UAE legal standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Contracts Manager, specifically within the UAE construction industry.
Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract and local UAE contract law. Proven track record in claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.Job Type: Full-time
