Job Description
Manage all
post-contract activities
for interior fit-out and construction projects. Overseecost control, variations, and claims
to keep projects within budget.Review and certify subcontractor bills
, payment applications, and final accounts. Ensuretimely issuance of client invoices
and support in collections.Monitor contractual compliance
across projects and resolve disputes where needed. Maintain accuratecontract records, change orders, and project documentation
. Provideweekly and monthly reports
on cost performance, variations, and risks. Coordinate withProject Managers, QS, and Finance
to ensure smooth project close-out.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
